how should i work to increase my bone mass and overall facial features? i started working on this a few weeks ago and currently im using moisturizer and exfoliates 1-2 times a day along with ice baths for my face and mewing/facial stretches/exercises, i work at mcdonalds and have to eat their food for lunch(i don't have to but its a hassle/waste not too) so what would be best to buy from there? also brought pdo threads for eyebrows and maybe jaw depending on further research, currently i think my weak points are my jaw and skin, my eyes are okay but still have bags under since i struggle to sleep, 6'8, 87kg, 17.5 years old so right now trying to bulk up along with going to the gym 4-5 times a week but i feel as that bulking will increase my facial fat/bloating too much so i should instead focus on lean muscle, currently takinjg creatine, l-carnatine, vitamin c and thinking of buying mk-677 and rad 40 to speed up the process(all hail clav) right now attempting to cut as much salt out of my diet and fatty oils as it makes my skin feel disgusting.

It’s a curse bro, why can’t I be 6”3 or 6”4 my back hurts people never stop talking about it or asking how tall i am or asking if i play basketball, after every shift it feels like my back is about to snap because I’ve been bent over a grill for 9 hours.

True past 6’6 health issues come in however being a good weight and having exceptional habits when it comes to your body definitely helps

True but its incredibly difficult to maintain a good weight and have exceptional habits at that height. Hence why the vast majority of super tall people(lets just say 6'6+) are all skinny. I mean a 6'8 male whose lets say 200lbs will need to eat 2,500-3,000(if not more) calories a day just to maintain that. This guy is unfortunately at slenderman height & for most I would say that its a turn off.
