I feel long hair only suits robust faces and I’m a bit flabby and nowhere close to being lean. Should I cut my hair? I feel short hair will increase masculine look while long hair is only for those who are lean and their robust bones are visible , or should I try trimming?

hard to say, both look good on you. think the longer hair makes you stand out a little more, so I'd overall slightly prefer that.
