After consulting with my surgeon he plans on using silicone for the extended infraorbital rim implants for undereye support and slight promince on zygos, should I get them designed by an implant designer instead or silicone a good material for them?

I’ve seen his infra implants on here and they looked good, yes he replied, saw his designs when consulting with my surgeon but my surgeon works with another implant designer so I may go to him instead either, will consult further
