Advice on being NT after ascending

I'm swallowing my pride asking this shit here. won't say I'm the most Chad person ever but I've gotten a long way since my younger days of being a fat retard, I'm not fat but still a retard. I'm definitely better looking now + I've got the height halo. However the years of missing social experiences is still affecting me. I noticed very obvious IOI's but only after the situation is finished. In the moment I just froze up and act like a retard and only noticed "damn she was flirting with me" after it's done. I probably could've gotten my dick wet more times if I was just a little more NT. What's some advice brotards?
