Advice on BIMAX (Pics)

Slt, Im currently looking for a bimax to obviously advance my mandible. If anyone has advice on what i should get and with who to go. I was thinking either going to Italy with Rameiri or going in France (since Im French) for a bimax. I aslo know that Rameiri charges about 15ke for this, while its about 5ke in France. yeah tbf i got lucky with my front and eyes, my side is what holds me back, so i think i will get the bimax, but thanks for the advice tho, really appreciate
