Ok great, eat all the right foods like meat and vegetables and fruity try to get your daily vitamin intake from food and take supplements. He’s giving you wrong advice. Never take test boosters, and don’t eat veggies. Stick to fruits, meat/organs(raw if possible or slightly cooked) and raw dairy.
