Advice on looksmaxing

First post/thread, I have been told in the past that I have an elongated philtrum/slightly retruded maxilla (although this was a few years ago). What would be the best procedure to correct this? I am living in the UK.

I am willing to PM people my pictures for any advice/tips on what would be my best course of action.
