5,8.5 at 15 and im lowkey worried im not gonna hit 6ft which means i gotta hardmax. any advice?

Sprint 4 times a week with day breaks in between. Sprint 5 times for 30 seconds each as fast as you can go each time. Make sure to have a 4 minute break in between. This will increase hgh levels by around 700 percent. You grow brother. You can also take hgh if you must. Please mark as solution. I need to pay rent

If you want to lose weight faster and boost your growth, eat fruit, vegetables, fish, lean meat, and eggs. Skip the sugars and processed foods brother. good luck.

dont go above %10 caloric deficit or do a cut for a extremely extended period of time or you will crash your hormeans and it will not be conducive to growth during puberty. gymcel trying to put muscle mass during your cut and do 30-60 of steady state cardio such a riding a bike, walking etc
also the other dude isnt wrong when he says sprinting will increase HGH but so will other physical actives, your just have to reach your lactate threshold for like 5-10 mins so just do what ever you prefer that meets that requirement

wouldnt i not grow during the period of weight loss therefore i should just try and lose the weight as quickly as possible by running and starvemaxxing also would running without starvemaxxing effect my test or hgh

think of it like your body delegating resources to different things based on importance and current intake, if you don't heavily restrict you intake, consume enough nutrients and do actively thats encourage your body to maintain current lean mass and grow more and it will use fat as excess energy

not really correct calories are a way to measure the energy you get from nutrients, your body gets needs energy to make new stuff be it fat, bone, muscle etc plus other compounds such as proteins etc. your body uses the nutrients in your fat to create calories to make up for the deficit, bigger deficit means your body starts to prioritize other functions over growing.
