Advice on planning my bimax?

I'm getting bimax in 4 weeks, and i'll have to plan it with my surgeon next week. When i have the plans i'll post it on here. I'm unsure how much movement i'll need. I'll get bimax + genioplasty and maybe ccw rotation. Any ideas or any advice for me?
