what are my biggest flaws? any advice on how to approach fixing them would be appreciated.
 
Minoxidil ur eyebrows then get bimax. You should also lateral commissuroplasty.

is the minoxidil from 'hers' sufficient? i've seen a lot of ads for mens products from them and its relatively cheap and accessible.

also whats my potential and whats my rating rn?

bimax has been on my mind for a while but the cost is bugging me. is there anything else more affordable that can significantly boost qol?

Ur capped at LTN rn without bimax. U could get genioplasty instead.

as for getting these surgeries, should i get a consultation first and who would i get it from? if thats region-specific, is just any high-rated plastic surgeon fine (im in the nyc area)? whats the process usually like?

also do u think filler would be beneficial and if so where

U just need to get a good surgeon to do it. I would first get genioplasty then canthoplasty if u can’t aford bimax I don’t think u need any jaw fillers.

Least of ur worries rn. Ur nose is not cooked it's ur maxilla that's cooked which makes it bad from the side and ur narrow mouth which makes it look bad from the front.

Not really an expert on it but I think kojic acid serums, glutathione injections and hydroquinone are some of the solutions

You need a 20 piece lefort 4, orbital decompression. Canthoplasty (both lateral and inner), radix augmentation, rhinoplasty, lateral commisuroplasty, supraorbital rim implants, and midface implants.

avg is around $3.5k
gua sha isn’t necessarily cope it’s just overrated, the lymphatic drainage part is real in the morning but it’s better with hands
Just softmaxx for now, grow ur hair slightly
