Hey!

I’m considering surgery and have thought about the procedures listed below. Here are some photos of me for reference:

1. Fat grafting to address under-eye/mid-face hollowing, to give my face a slight lift, and maybe to enhance the upper lip too (have also considered chin implants).

2. Rhinoplasty to correct my asymmetrical nose/nasal septum and to reduce projection (I really dislike the 3/4 view of my nose).

3. Bleph and / or some kind of brow augmentation / temporal lift to straighten my brows, bring them closer to the eyes, and give my eyes a more upward slant, and combine this with filler to reduce the appearance of the upper eyelid exposure.

I’ve dropped a considerable amount of weight (I was straight up a fatty), but plan to drop a few more kilos.

I don’t think I can undergo all these procedures simultaneously, so to that end:

1. Which procedure should I start with, and in what order should I proceed?
2. What should I request or avoid in a nose job?
3. Which of these treatments will provide the most noticeable improvements?
4. Are there any other treatments I should consider? Preferably the more accessible ones (i.e., the ones you can do in Turkey).

I’m about to start microdosing isotretinoin to improve texture and collagen and astaxanthin to improve skin tone.

I’m looking into jaw surgery as well, but that’s maybe something for further down the line.

Huge thanks!🤝

too bad we're in the dark ages with plastic surgery or this surgery would be standard

this woman does a lot of them but she's impossible to communicate with if you don't speak Italian:

her philosophy is that it's one of the main points of focus for male aesthetic surgery, actually high IQ.

never thought about my forehead as causing disharmony but that makes so much sense. when i correct the slope with photoshop it kinda makes me like my nose even. thanks🤝

i’ll try and reach out to her and look into other possible providers.

could HA injections on the browbone / forehead be a solution? albeit a temporary one

to be clear, I wasn't recommending her, just using her as an example of someone who thinks forehead is fundamental

of course, i’m doing my own research!

heard fat grafting under eyes could result some complications long term

No. Do not inject HA into the browbone / forehead area; these are areas with many important vessels and can easily blind you.

lag of brow ridge is probably also a factor in your extreme upper eyelid exposure

Start with the procedure that fixes your biggest failo, I think it is you eyes, your jaw is ok but will look a lot nicer with hooded eyes and without those under eye hollows. Consider to go to a specialist like an oculoplastic sugeron like Dr. Taban, never cheap out in surgery. I know mentioned Turkey but I guarantee you that the best doctors for what you need are not over there and charging peanuts for their work.

After you fix that then before jaw width I would focus on getting a square chin with implants or genioplasy but your doctor should be able to tell you with a CT scan.

Then I would enhance your gonial angles with a subtle custom mandibular implant for the jaw angles or at least having some jaw filler to to make you look more masculine

Why tf do you want a bleph? You have nothing on your upper eyelid

lag of brow ridge is probably also a factor in your extreme upper eyelid exposure
good point! thank you!

bro chill, but yeah I’m looking into supra/infra implants! thanks!

this is brilliant and thorough advice. thank you for taking the time with a total stranger. i really appreciate it.

probably v hard to say, but any idea what i’d be looking at cost-wise, ballpark? around $8000-10000?

thanks again mate!

mate idk that’s why i’m asking y’all💀

Over, with a base that shitty might as well not even try than get 10 producers just to be a 5/10.

I had consultations with doctors including Dr. Eppley and Dr. Tod Hanna for jaw implants and the range I was quoted was 30k to 50k including everything. I heard Dr. Taban for the eyes is expensive too maybe expect to spend at minimum 20k with him.

pretty much expect to pay the equivalent of a brand new luxury car lol but the difference is that a better looking face will be worth it and make a bigger impact in your life than something that is materialistic like a car or house. In my opinion 100k to spend is a small price to pay for a decent life. I rather be broke and handsome. Plus they say attractive people earn more and get more promotions so maybe surgery will pay itself overtime lol

The bad thing first: You have protruding eyes, the good thing they are symmetric. Relatively easy job to fix with miracle workers like Raymund Douglas L.A.,Robert Goldberg L.A. Ivan Vrcek Dallas, Dr. Steven Klappert (Indianapolis), . Taban L.A. would avoid except you whant asiatic eyes and a squint on top like Frank Tufano.
Dr. Bernardini don't know he seems to prefer eyelid surgery rather than doing orbital decompression in patient without grave's disease. It's not only Bernardini also other european surgeons are pussys to perform OD.
I tell you directly you will not archieve good aesthetical results only doing some canthopexie eylidsurgery, your eyballs are too much protruding.
I made a morph that shows drastic improvement. Your nasion from the profile view will also be improved because the deeper set eyes and of course your lower eyelids and upper eyelids (less UEE) The Morph is realistic.
4-6 mm orbital decompression will do the job. First lateral OD, when this isn't enough also medial OD. The mentioned Doctors know how to do this in a proper safely manner. Douglas is around 20 000 usd, Vrcek around 12 000 usd , Goldberg around 10 000 usd, Klappert don't know (but saw results they're excellent.
Goldberg is the master. The mentioned doctors (except Klappert) were trained by him.

Second less invasive surgeries (also includet in the morph) some fatgraft upper eyelids to reduce your UEE if OD wouldn't do this automatically and cantophexie lower eyelids, (this should be done with the OD) or lowering your brows . When orbital decompression wouldn't give you positive orbital vector than add infraorbital rims or fatgrafts.
I would leave the other things from now.

Thanks so much for your effort! This is brilliant, and I’ll definitely look into these providers. I agree with your assessment and really appreciate it!
