my diet is not the best, i eat up to 7 meals a day bc im bulking (ive gone 133-152 in a month) but what would u recommend to stay away from when it comes to a diet? and what should i be implementing immediately? ive heard of health indicators but i dont exactly know what it fully means or how to spot them or what all the different health indicators are. my sleep has been very shit, and so has my quality of sleep, i was locked up for a bit so that had a huge affect on my sleep but ive started to try n recoverDye your hair to dark brown or black, get on minox for your eyebrows they look thin although it could be cause of your red hair so see after dyeing them, and get some urea based cream for your skin you have shit health indicators so if you happen to have a bad diet change it immediately, same thing with sleep schedule because you look tired as fuck and even at night you shouldn't be looking like that
As for real changing stuff then nobody can't really tell from those pictures so if you're really about it take a perfect front and side profile picture with your back camera at a couple of meters from your face to avoid lens distortion and with good lightning, without jutting or squinting or doing any weird face just relax every muscle on your face then post it and tag me
