i think his features are very good and are only going to get better, theres def no need to do anything extreme. Though hitting the gym and exercise overall would give him a good confidence boost. Also DO NOT use a derma roller on your own, unless you want to damage your skin (best see a professional). As for the minoxidil - again, best see a professional... you wouldnt experiment with home remedies if it came to your pet's health, so why should you do that to yourself?
As for the haircut, going back to a childhood cut can work but make sure it fits your face shape now. Best test it at a barber. Imo fade might be better than the kid’s look.
