Don't do Deca only, you need the E2 from test. Apparently you can also try doing Deca + manually administering E2

Deca only isn't an intelligent decision. Aromatase is barely a catalyst for the steroid, If I recall correctly, less than 20% of nandrolone gets aromatized, and another small fraction of it gets converted into the inactive weaker androgen, dihydronandrolone.

Do a test base. No one really does nandrolone alone unless they're willing to go extremely high dosage.

People use AIs when they have too much E2 from Test only cycles but there are also plenty of instances of guys not getting bloodwork then taking too much AI/taking AI when they don't need it and crushing their E2 and getting bad side effects from that. Remember estrogen is important for your health its not just there for no reason. I'm not certain on the exact details so I won't say anything about that

I bit in the sour apple with aromasin, have been taking it for several days now and didnt really think about it.
But I realize that I have become quite euphoric but also more suseptible to hurting my ankles
May be placebo though, we will see in a week

I took 25mg with olive oil once and my joints were in agony. Felt sick. On 12.5mg I just feel spaced out and strange. Despite crashing my estradiol, my libido was fine, surprisingly.

That's a good dose. I have a friend who has a CYP19A1 polymorphism, he's basically deficient in aromatase, but get this right, he's also an undermetaboliser of aromatase through the CYP3A family, meaning he doesn't convert much of the exemestane into 17-hydroxyexemstane which is the inactive metabolite. So if he goes above 6mg he wants to kill himself.
