Warning 
before you get offended be aware that many people in different continents performed in slavery for profit and resources, it was almost always black people who were slaves, EVEN Africans enslaved other Africans
When black ancestors used to get beat or abused by their slave owners they transferred that behavior into their children.
Then the children learned from their enslaved parents
Also due to segregation in the early - mid 1900s African Americans weren't given proper education and learning, which explains why they have those black accents, it's almost like they were set up for failure
The nail in the coffin was in the 1940s when the government introduced a check where if the mom left the father she gets payed for child support, grave mistake.
There were many factors that led to blacks becoming degenerate and dysfunctional. 1970s drug cartels started forming and once they smuggled drugs into the US guess who bought them? Usually it was black people in America that bought them.
But why did they turn to degrading lifestyle? Was it because of the discrimination they faced coupled with the fact they had dysfunctional families? By the 1980s Black Americans were basically mini cartels.
If blacks were willing to destroy their family dynamic what does that say about them? Without the mother there is lack of empathy which leads to chaos and without the father there is lack of respect which leads to chaos.
