NON-BLACKS: Read at least some of this Before you pass judgment on all because of the worst degenerate individuals.
Every majority black country in the North American/Carribean area has acheived their independence, and all have a seat in the international community to discuss their finances and trade with other nations, Except the Blacks of the United States. The movements meant to help our issues are still filtered through Jewish and White United States politcians.
The lack of autonomy for African Americans is due to a number of factors. Despite this we are the most educated population of african descended people in Africa and the West. If we root out low IQ individuals and bad apples we have some potential. People like Kevin Samuels and other pro traditionalist people are helping in this process. and causing relevant cultural change in the community. They are raising a discussion centered around traditionalizing our women
An ethnostate focused on Eugenic policy could root out the degenerate individuals who drag down the black community into dissuccess. And bring privilege to the talented and high IQ Black Americans who deserve to be enfranchised.
Because of this i propose a Taxpayer-Only voting system for a hypothetical country for Black Americans
African Americans have the lowest support of the LGBTQ community of all ethnic groups in the United States

The nation would promote migration from all Black areas of the United States and from some parts of Africa. It would have a bare IQ testing minimum of 90. Citizenship vetting would also include a basic morality test
