I have been having a pretty good diet and a nice routine i think. I am eating every day after school 2 carrots with a bottle of kefir and 3-4 eggs every day, I also started bonesmashing(idk if its god please tell me if its worth it or not,im only hitting my zygo and chin with my hands),zygo pulling and pushing. I thhink i have some improvements i guess. Please tell me some tips so i can add in my routine.
