Was it cuz the surgeon made mistakes?

What movements did you receive?

I mean i dont know maybe it was some perfect movement out there that would have made a bigger change but mostly just that surgery is overrated and cant do as much as people think

Was your recession just mild to begin with ? No SFS ?

Also, are you lean enough to appreciate the result to its full extent ?

Good sfs result comes from when the lower jaw is so far back you cant see it, other wise sfs barely ascends much aswell. But ofc i look better then before

Has there been a point since surgery where you felt good about the results ? And by good, I mean better than right now.

I'm asking this, because post-op recovery can be an emotional rollercoaster, even for the more educated and level-headed patients like you.
So I wish you to be more satisfied in the coming months, once everything has really settled.

I mean i am satisfied and not surprised. I knew what i was expecting and got what i realized was possible. But its just isnt much of a ascension in the big way ehcih you also understood before. Its more necessary then a happy experience. I mean i was scared considering when i saw results from giant and also other results from other jaw surgeons from diffrent groups etc who got bogdanoff pretty much everytime. It still kinda pointless, a natural good looking guy will win anytime. So for girls it wont really make a diffrence in the big sense because good looking girls will be able to have extremly good looking guys either way. For daily life it wont either make a diff because looks doesnt mean much to other guys. And overall its just the daily dose of genes win. I would do it again but its still not much to celebrate. Its like scoring a hat trick when you are down 5-0, sure it feels good but i am still down by a lot if we look at obv good genetics that actually have worthy life without struggles

Bimax recovery is such a mental game after the physical recovery. I swing between thinking I’m a mogger to subhuman on a weekly basis after the first month.
