It's not like you can improve a lot of stuff after your ,mid-20s and more important stuff comes up like being good at your job and stuff, but I mean, unless you're a model, this stuff doesn't really matter though. I am by no means saying that people should just give up on their looks entirely, staying lean and being healthy is still needed, but I wouldn't go so far as to say surgeries or anything else severe are needed. I wouldn't say this is cope, just acceptance yk? curious what everyones thoughts are.

yeah, i guess that makes sense at some point - you start seeing results and then the focus shifts more towards maintenance. still good to stay on top of things though. everyone's different so dunno if there's a hard cut off age or not but yeah probably more about anti-aging after 25ish for sure

Why is that?
At that age you can still build a social media following.
That's the age where you'll probably start meeting the woman you'll eventually marry.
Thats the age were you're in your career, surrounded by people all day.
Looks don't just stop mattering. At least as long as you're interested in attracting women.

I'm 29 and routinely told I look 20. Personally I plan to keep this up for as long as I can
