stop doing non stimulant drugs/smoking weed and get good sleep and youre 99% of the way to full iq maxxed

reading old books and doing dynamic mental puzzle/music/etc type activities can keep your mind more plastic and active tho

reading especially will help dramatically in making you APPEAR more intelligent which will give you most of the benefits of iq maxxing anyway
