After not training legs for ~4+ months I am so weak

I used to do leg extensions up to 150 pounds for reps now I can barely do 100

But my seated leg curl has gone up somehow I did 100 for reps now I can do 130


But I hope i can bounce back quick

same i haven’t trained legs in months either

i should probably start again

Same bro i didnt train legs my first 3 months in the gym but this big ass guy told me you should because you’re legs is the biggest muscle in you’re body and by training it it makes testosteron and that could also go to the other muscles in you’re body. Idk if its true but that motivated me to train legs
