after sleeping with no pillow i have back soreness

i’ve only been doing it for a few days and i wake up with back soreness and i sleep on my back. should i go baxk to the pillow or keep no pillow bc i heard it creates better posture over time.

I think it's your body getting used to better sleeping posture.

I've been sleeping on the floor for over a year now and along with some stretches and exercises and now my back basically doesn't hurt anymore. I can switch back to my bed but I'm just used to the floor at this point and it's better for you anyways.

I use a pillow though, but a very light one.
