after some thinking i realized this to be true: mental effort is not worth the effort

because if u focus on x u miss out on y and in 34 years of my life the mental effort i put in made no difference, i could have just chilled all the time, the results wouldnt have been worse. all the mental effort i have put in was futile, but now i learned from this and will never put in mental effort ever again

so c: mental effort is not worth the effort
