after tapering up clenbuterol, do you taper down, or just stop?

after you taper up to max dose, do i start to taper down the same way i tapered up, or just stop.
i’ll be increasing by 20mcg per day, until max dose. do i then stop, or decrease by 20mcg a day.

I don't think you will die or experience anything bad if you just stop the cycle cold turkey at 140/160mg.

But since all the manufacturers recommend tapering down by 20mg every two days until you go back to 0 (and end the cycle), I don't see the harm in doing so. I have always tapered down after going to the max dosage.

Either way, you can't stay at the max dose for more than a couple days without tremors and side effects like shakiness and high blood pressure.
After a few days you need to decide whether you will continue the cycle tapering slowly down to 0mg or quit at the max dosage.
