Age and Looksmaxxing

Hello people. The question is either coming from a neurotic, obsessive thought, but what do you think:

What age is the best to start looksmaxxing?
I know, the answer would be "The earlier, the better"
But, what would be the downsides of someone starting in their 20s, like 21-22 compared to someone that started at 14-16 yo? (Except of the 14-16 yo reaching his "final form" earlier in life, obviously). Are there some improvements that can be made only in that puberty period, that can't be achieved anymore if the journey starts in early 20s? Is some of the potential gone then, or not? What do you think

Well I dont know much, but I guess just starting in your 20s rather than at teenage years would just be past puberty. Thats basically most that can change us, although some people can still change alot in their 20s, but theyd need rather good genes. So it depends on the person if they still have potential or none at all. Thats what I think, sorry if im not educated well.

The best form of looksmaxxing is healthmaxxing, and ensuring optimal health should start from the womb. The mother's quality of life during pregnancy is extremely important.

No actually, scrap that, that starts before conception itself with the health of the mother, her age, her fertility - as well as the genetic quality of both the father and the mother, and their ancestors as well.

It all goes back to genetics after all. But taking perfect care of yourself is equally as important.

But how to take advantage of growing bones during puberty for looksmaxxing? You mean, by eating healthy in that crucial period bones will grow more attractive? Or, what do you mean. Also, isn't it so, that bones are growing until like 25?

Looksmaxxing is just cope beside somes softmaxes. NTmaxxing is what everyone should start doing.

enough rest, competition excercise/sports to spike T-levels, getting all needed neutrients through good diet, excercise, etc..

bone growth is needed in general. Obviously one needs gentic potential for growth as the starter factor to be there. some have them, some don't. If one has them, than one needs to provide the correct circumstances for these good growth genetics to can express themselfes.

Hm, okay. I think that most people in their teenage years don't really have the discipline/motivation to follow sophisticated looksmaxxing routines. Maybe if it was built in them by parents previously, they do have that. Or if parents have built good eating habits for their kid. So basically, not only the genetics are a luck factor, also parents are. If those two factors are came out to be good, one could make some good gains in their teenage years. If not, then maybe the person gonna try to get some improvements later in life, after gaining more self-awareness. The question, of course is, if later its still worth doing, or not.
 
no heightmaxxing through hgh, no facial growth through roids only surgeries and softmaxxing
I mean, taking roids and hgh doesn't sound like a good idea at any age. Body can already produce sufficient hgh if person is sleeping/eating properly. If there is hgh deficiency anyway, it can be prescribed by a doctor, but its a rare case.

I know where I am, and it still doesn't make hgh and roids more logical to take
nature is evil you must defeat it and replace your natural hormones with synthetic ones to ascend.

Only things to get a little taller probably would need to be done as a teenager. Unless you are someone already balding in your 20s most things can be done in your 20s.

Taking roads for one cycle after working out for some time beforehand probably isn't that bad but you have to resist abusing it after that when you see the gains it gives you.

in general that can't be said. it should be assesed on an individual basis. Sometimes it can be decebntly predicted, and sometimes it's just doing it and see what happens
