I used 2 bottles of Cos de Baha 5% Tranexamic acid + 5% Niacinamide recently on my forehead. Sunspots from last summer faded nicely, only visible from 1 metre distance now.. So, they still work but rather slow for my liking and gotta use forever. Meanwhile, orals you can just blast for 3 months, then 3 months off, then on again. Cba with topicals anymore except urea, lactic acid and copper peptides

I have used Pixie glow 5% glycolic, I like to use 5 days a week so I fuck with lactic heavy. Highest AHA I’d do would be 7% CosRX whitehead glycolic. I won’t take any chances with irritation that might lead to slightly dark pigmented zones. Never tried azaelaic, heard it works good in presecription grade (above 15%) but results take too long for my liking.

You mean rebound hyperpigmentation from glycolic , I think that’s only a risk from peels
