Alcohol is a strange one as I know quite a few 2-3 days a week binge drinkers up in age that still look young for their age while some non-drinkers look pretty old. I guess some people are lucky if they haven't reached a stage where their liver is starting to really suffer.

* 60% gets worse looking (fat, bald, ugly skin)
* 30 % stays equal looking
* 10% gets better looking

I tell you the real reason why most men peak in their teens/early 20's.
Because later in life, they get fat, bald, or bad skin. That's the reason mostly. Not mostly because of cope reason: those pretty-boy/feminine features.

Some FAT Statts, about age and fat %. About 50% turned Fat by age 35, the skinny fat guys even excluded. While by age 20, about 20%-25% is fatties. So like 33% of the not fatties at age 20, will be fatties by age 35.

By age 35, about 40% of dudes are fully or semi SMV raped by the Norwood reaper.
So, I think it's safe to say. At age 35, at least about 25% of men have turned ugly bald(ing) and lost 2+ SMV points just because of their hair alone.
