I used to think that advances in treatments for aging would result in a world like the movie "In Time" where everyone looks 25.
That may happen one day, but it will not happen in the near future. What I now think is going to happen in the next 20 years is that advances will be made in greatly slowing the rate of aging in those over 40 or maybe 50, but the interventions will have little effect on people younger than 40.
