For some, yes, for others, no. If you already have a wide palate it would do nothing.

If you have a small mouth created by a small palate, it will increase psl. If you have non-existent zygos, it will at the very least make a change only noticeable to you. A lot of what people think MSE will accomplish for them is cope, like IPD, but it does have benefits, and with a facepuller could actually be a very good procedure to have done one oneself for aesthetic purposes.

only his mouth area is weirder because soft tissue stretched

mse offers functional benefits but will not even deliver the "low level" psl boosts u guy talk about
and considered that some are getting quoted 10k+ for this, its a waste of money

y im slightly frustrated as to how hyped it is and how little it does sry*

honestly yea if you can't get it covered by insurance I am not sure why you would spend that much. MSE is not something a trucel should get, there are much more significant looksmaxes you can do with that money to fix other failos. As for Ronald Ead, He does have a better OGEE curve, however it is clear that it is not some holy grail.

i do have small palate cause by traditional orthdontics +1 premolar extraction. and a fucked up bite. I think MSE will increase my pse by at least 2 points

I highly doubt it would bring anyone up 2 psl, but mouth area is one of the most underrated features in PSL.

Probably not a lot. It will obviously vary from person to person, but I'll just say that if that is what you want the most out from it, then I suggest you look for another way to increase FWHR.
