If I am around 22-24% bf rn I just started an agressive cut I’m eating 1600 cals 150g+ p 150g+ c 65g+ f and doing no cheat days while doing 15 min cardio 5 times a week what will I be in 3 months? No Reta or anything like that btw

Are you tryna maintain muscle on the cut or nah, if you are then don’t do a aggressive cut just cut down slowish around -300 to 500 cal deficit

Idek why he’s tracking his macros when he’s doing an aggressive 1000 cal deficit he’s gonna be fatigued and losing muscle anyway, so tracking carbs for energy and protein for sustaining/increasing muscle is pointless at this point and he’s cutting down in such a big deficit he’s not even gonna be able to stay at maintenance at the end of the cut just gonna end up binging right back up to 25%.
