I literally have the same issue. 6’0 and 151 lbs currently, I’ve been cutting for the past few weeks and I started out as 159. My weight is low enough as it is, I might have to go even lower, probably down to like 130 which is like anorexic level but even then my face might still be round and not change. Could just be thick skin or boneless
