Ai, (Arimidex or Aromasin)

I’m gonna do my first cycle soon with like 250mg test and 150mg Enclomiphene every week. First of all, is that the ideal dose? I’m turning 15 in 3 months.
But my actual question was that if I should take Ai, (Arimidex or Aromasin)? Because I’ve heard that otherwise the test might turn into estrogen. But wouldn’t this completely stop my estrogen production, and a little estrogen is needed for me right?
