Hmm maybe I should train my neck, I'm 5'9 and naturally very athletic/muscular but try not to get too big especially at my height I feel like being too buff can make you look shorter and stubby. Before I thought I shouldn't train my neck because a slim neck would look more elongated/taller, but I do have a bit of that problem I have a cutecel face & big head. I do have very broad shoulders fortunately, but perhaps if I trained my neck my head would look more proportionate
