I have a question regarding Hgh and ai to grow taller.

So I know lowering estrogen will delay grow to plate closure. But doesn’t lowering it make HGH less effective since estrogen is what makes the liver sensitive to Hgh and increases the conversion to IGF-1

So would lowering your e2 make Hgh less effective?

it's a paradox so it doesn't really matter, it goes both ways. Liver is less sensitive, but growth plates don't close as fast.

in my opinion don't lower your estrogen too much but don't let it be to high, u still need some

yes, but what would u rather have
higher igf1 conversion but plates closed earlier
or
slightly blunted igf1 but plates close WAY later

Yea true but what range do you think is ideal for e2 or does it depend on your t levels

But what about this study

In men treated with an aromatase inhibitor (exemestane), GH levels increased significantly, but IGF-1 levels did not rise — showing that estrogen is essential for hepatic IGF-1 production.

I feel like dropping it below 15 could be problematic wouldn’t 15-20 be more ideal if using Hgh and if pinning igf you could sfford lower e2

the point still stands that 15+ pg/ml e2 can cause plate fusion

ok but what would the difference in igf conversion be when e2 is under 15 va over
idk best e2 conversion is different for everyone for some its maybe 60pg some its 20pg but usually 40 ish is best for conversion. lower than 10pg can hinder igf1
