Should i totally stop drinking if a want to build muscles? Currently training 4 times a week. I heard that alcohol destroys gains.

It’s pretty much genetic tbh. I know chads that go out every weekend without fail and are still ripped.

True to an extent, they can get better gains minimizing alcohol regardless

alcohol isn’t good for gains, specifically it hinders protein synthesis. but you can still drink just as long as you aren’t overdoing it. have a couple drinks every now and then is no big deal. but if you are getting hammered several times per week, you are definitely gonna be holding yourself back
