I know alcohol isn't the best while trying to ascend, it messes with skin, gym, etc.
Haloween is approaching soon and I want ot enjoy while minimizing harm. I have to atleast consume 1-2 drinks to fit in, but from then I could just chill I was thinking. Would just smoking be a better alternative, but the weed (carts) aren't the best quality/boof but they do the job.
Typically I would just get drunk, but recently I've just realized how useless it is and it goes against all of my goals and the effort I put in.
I saw some stuff about glutathione in the morning or after drinking to minimize bloodstream but idk. If someone could suggest me solution or related threads that'd be great.
 
does not matter if its just a couple days.
just starve yourself the day before and dont eat for 4-6h beforehand so you can get higher BAC on less drinks/cals
