I used to drink most days of the week. But ever since I stopped drinking, when I go to the bar, friends wonder why I am not drinking. Some random NT Chad drunk on cocaine started saying im a pussy because I have some gay non alcoholic beer. My dad who drinks alcohol everyday said my 38 days sober is gay.

Alcohol benefits:
- appear NT
- can be helpful with slaying

Alcohol disadvantages:
- literal poison
- expensive
- heavily taxxed (paying taxes = cuck)
- unhealthy
- ruins productivity next day as not feeling 100% after drinking it
- fucks REM sleep
- lowers testosterone

If you can 'handle' it, yeah it's the backbone of literally every social interaction, but in time you will destroy your mental health. Body is resilient, after many years of heavy drinking I have lil bit fatty liver but that can be reversed if abstaining/drinking wayyyy less for an extended period like a year.
Not worth it when you start to literally drown your sorrows in the bottle. When it's party and fun no depression afterwards it's best thing ever so proceed with caution.

I will add that I'm now "lean maxing" and after a week sober I lost like fucking 2,5 kg it's unreal (water weight mostly) but it's much easier to not eat bullshit this way
