I got quoted over 35K by Raffaini. That is purely for LF1 too, so none of the magic he usually does with fat grafts or minor rhinos that he usually does.

Same. I think titanium prevents relapse, which is what most terrifies me. Imagine paying the guts of €45k (after ortho, travel, accommodation etc) and going through arduous recovery to end up right back where you started....nightmare stuff man.
