I just made this new challenge for leanmaxxing and it goes like this:

I will be burning every single calorie that I consume for a week, each day every day.

I binge ate 500 calories worth of protein cheese balls and a bread toast with peanut butta and then burned almost 400 calories walking. 100 more to go. I’m doing this for every meal for a week.

Day 3. i started at 185 lbs

I had like 4 donuts and 3 bowls of chips and 3 slices of pizza

I feel bad I had a bad cheating day but the rest of the week I will fast very little
