The only blackpill I'll ever know is real.

Lean.

Lean is law. Fat is flaw.

Strength is earned, not given.
Discipline carves the body; excuses bury it.
Every rep, every meal, every choice
A step toward mastery, or a step toward mediocrity.

No mercy for weakness. No shelter for doubt.
Only the relentless pursuit of perfection.

Define your logic. If you are fat. You are less attractive if you are lean. You are more attractive

That is a Blackpill

Define lean...
You are 25℅ bodyfat then you become 13℅. Then you are lean. Abs. Veins jawline.

Better bone structure. ( more telling)

I agree but I do think people should be realistic. Most of the time people look significantly better but very few will become a chad just by losing weight. It’s good to be leak but don’t put all your hopes in it.

I can understand where OP is coming from (He's Astrosky), but yeah you're right too. Being lean would help most people though.

Well it's healthier to be around 14℅ bodyfat to 12 in the long run. Having lots of visceral fat comes from maintaining a higher skinny fat body in the long run. This is why lean not only makes you better-looking it makes you healthier your hormones are better due to less estrogen as fat in itself acts like a estrogen aromatase. I see no reason to cope with being skinny fat. Fat. Dad bod. It's all just refusing to try. Iv been there. I'm slowly leaving fatcel Dom. Life never felt better.

True Im just saying that lots of people give up getting lean because they don’t see the results they want. It’s important to be realistic about what can be attained with being lean.

What use is the bones if your fat covers it? Ever see the Jordan Barrett fat morph?
yeah i know but most greycels here think being lean will make you look good regardless of your bones, not really.

only if you have decent bones to begin with. it might even looksmin if you are boneless.

the way you wrote in thread idolizes leanmaxxing rather than acknowledging that it is a process that might benefit some people :ogre:

but you have bones so you are talking for yourself cant blame you

I believe the discredit to the body improvements and health also make being leaner still worth if also if you get surgery being lean is required to not obscure your nice new jawline implants or whatever you get.... Imagine being fat and getting a chin implant.....

How’s the DNP cycle so far? How long been on now and how much lost?
