In order for an outer rings looksmaxxes to matter, you first must be above average in the inner ring/s

If your face is 3psl your dick won´t save you
If your dick is 4.5 inches your muscles won´t save you
If your muscle definition is weak your tattoos won´t save you

However, if you can get rid of EVERY failo starting from the center then the outer rings can make a difference. If you can´t then it is all indeed cope.

I’d argue dick is a multiplier (assuming not too small, if you’re average you’re fine irl), and face and height are a circle deeper than frame which is important but not nearly as much so. I’d rather be a framelet like Gandy or especially Chico, than The Rock. So that instead of 3 circles you have 4. Face > height in the middle. Frame as a mega multiplier. Dick, etc as multipliers. Outer circle unchanged.
