Windows computer takes like 20 minutes to close a tab and this stupid phone constantly gets the "system ui isn't responding" error I can't do my missing work

Win10 IDK if the computer is modded or not but I can take an image of /systeminfo for specs

if you meet the spec requirements for windows 11 then I’d recommend upgrading, its free to do so and windows 10 doesn’t receive security updates anymore
