If you are over 18 shoelifts are the only way. If not, probably hgh.

Not really “growth” but chiro and gym to fix posture, glucosamine to keep gains.

wdym to keep gains? I thought glucosamine helped you keep your morning height.
What it really does is help with hydration in your discs. If you’re decompressed more (Chiro) go to gym (fix APT which most people have + strengthen core) and supplement glucosamine (keep gains from decompression + hydrate discs) then you will fix most problems

how many inches do you think the average person could add by doing all of this?

I had a really bad case of APT (still not 100% solved tbh) and went from just under 6’3 barefoot to just under 6’4 barefoot in 6 months. This includes time off from an injury that caused me to not work out for about 2 ish months. I also have scoliosis and a leg longer than the other if I can solve both I can probably get another half inch.

I will say it takes a lot of effort, trial and error and money. I didn’t do it for height I did it for posture, but noticed height gains once I stopped being weak. I’m still relatively weak but it’s a lot better than may. The biggest thing was probably chiro but if you’re weak then you won’t reap nearly as many benefits.

The average person probably has it better off than me already posture wise so I’d say an inch is a fair estimate. If you have shit posture or anything I described then 2-3 inches is a fair estimate. Remember it’s not new height just height that wasn’t shown before

wow thanks for the detailed response, I have fairly severe APT so I’m hoping I can work on fixing that. I think 1.5-2 inches might be realistic based on what you’re describing.
