I was thinking about that a few years ago but it was very expensive so now I might need marpe. Hopefully in the next 2-3 years I can save enough money to get all of these. Should I be afraid of any botching from all these surgeries? Certain surgeons to look for?

I cant really name any surgeons tbh, but none of the procedures i mentioned are orthognathic, meaning they're not that invasive and roi is high with them

Ah absolutely, he can get rhino to fix the side profile. I think most of the odd look is because nasal root is pushed in probably due to weak forward growth in the midface
