I take so many supplements for my bones, IGF-1 and for overall looksmaxing I'm wondering if all this is needed, and also Wich ones can I stop taking after a while beacuse it's very expensive.
Vitamin D → bone growth, immunity, hormone support.
Zinc → testosterone support, immunity, skin.
Magnesium citrate → relaxation, sleep, muscle/nerve support (though glycinate is better for sleep).
Vitamin C → antioxidant, skin health, collagen support.
Pomegranate extract → antioxidant, heart health, possible IGF-1/bone benefits.
Omega-3 (fish oil) → brain, joints, inflammation, skin.
Vitamin K2 → bone strength, works with D3 to move calcium into bones.
Ashwagandha → stress reduction, possible testosterone/cortisol balance.
B12 (I had before for like 2 months but stopped) → energy, red blood cells, nervous system.
