Redpill, blackpill, bluepill schmuepill is all useless. At 14 I was already exercising and knew that I had to build a physique and work on myself, started hitting the gym. At 20 I haven't improved at all, just became a porn addicted degenerate with built up neurotic habits, abnormal lifestyle where I rot in my room and talk to myself all day etc. That's just where low self esteem and high inhibition gets you in life. It just induces mental illness. Internet, bullying and bs condescending lectures from my dad never taught me anything all it did was ruin my confidence and make me high inhib to the point of retardation.
