I pulled up my allergy test from 2021, and realized I was allergic to alot of food I eat on a daily basis. Such as Puten, brocolli olives etc…
But every time I ate something i was allergic to, I had no allergic reaction to it. But a friend of mine told me it could influence my looks, is that true? And should I stop eating stuff that was in my allergy test in 2021? Should I make a new allergy test, help pls.
