his entire eye area is messed up, his zygos are rather low set as well giving him a more bloated appearance. He has a "ogre" like appearence which isnt even all that bad.

He is decent looking, if he goes down the surgery route, he will look worse as his flaws arent fixable with surgeries.

Thanks for that, i know my eye area is my biggest flaw that’s why I’m trying to fix it

What do you mean by ogre? The sygos can be fixed with injections or implants
