But I ate too much apple pie so now I can't take it until my stomach is empty. I'll go fix the laundry and then I'll reward myself with it and hopefully go for a run! I want to push myself because tomorrow I can't do any strenuous exercises for a week as I'll be doing a 1 week fast.
 
I think I'll do some resistance training instead. My legs feel slightly worn out from doing so much walking past week, many hours everyday, leanmaxxing, looking for shrooms, even some running. I'm not trying to win a race here, I'm just trying to feel good in my body. Too much exercise now wouldn't be good if I'm not gonna eat for a whole week.
