Brutal 1000 calories deficit pill, im 10% bf almost but fuark its giga brutal, my appetite is severe right now i swear i could eat 30 000 calories in one day fuark i never felt so hungry in my life, i have no strength anymore, almost collapsed today gymceling, and was constantly farting while lifting because my anus muscles have lost all their glucose to keep up my farts inside its over.

Fucking it feels insane when i eat anything sugar now, i legit start to laugh like crazy and get euphoria like a giga mad caveman from Ethiopia that tried his first Muffin in his life JFL

Also my libido has completely gone away :forcedsmile:, im giga monkmaxed right now, porn and sex has not crossed my mind until this thread in over 20 days holy shit :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

I used to run 2k deficit and still work out 2 times a day.

On 1000 deficit I am fully functioning and just get tired earlier in the day.

Looks like there are some inferior genes at play trying to do everything to keep you obese?

Nice larp, 2000 calories deficit would mean your body is running constantly on zero supply because the average BMR of a male is 1800-2200 calories :feelskek:

Also i was never obese, i was always skinnyfat hovering around 16% bf, but i want to go to single digit now and university and insomnia from the deficit is the biggest problem, food makes me sleepy, being in a deficit makes me too excited and i can't fall asleep

I want to lose weight as quickly as possible so i can start bulking tbh because im starting to look giga small and skinny people are commenting on it all day jfl, need to bloatmax but i always end up getting tired of bulking after 1 month and now i will be fucked staying in the 10-15% bf zone forever :feelswah:

I don’t remember your exact stats but you are like 185 cm and 70 kg that’s giga skinny, not much more room to lose weight :feelswhy:

You need to leanbulk to build up a good amount of muscle first which on itself will consume energy even while resting so leaning down will be much easier

Im 68kg now bro :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:, my plan is 67kg until i start a slow bulk like 0.8kg gain per month
